Lagging issues with RE today

Is anyone having any issues with lagging interface on hosted RE systems right now?  It's driving me crazy!

    So yes, those with Boston hosting are having issues!

    Guess i'll have to report it since we don't get any type of notifications until we are all affected.

  • Yes, and I can’t get into the hosted documents site at the moment.
    I’ve been waiting for hosting support through chat but will
    probably just go get some lunch and hope that they are back up
    after lunch.

  • I was bumped out an hour ago. It has been slow the last week...
  • We're in the Boston Data Center and the lagging is insane.  Wait forever to just get the query to open and then again to make a change prior to even running it.


    Blackbaud, can you fill us in on what the issue is and any projected time for things to improve.

    Same here. We've been experiencing issues the last couple of weeks, but today is by far the worst. We are also hosted in the Boston data center.

  • I'm in South Texas, and RE is incredibly slow (almost unusable) today, so it doesn't sound like an issue that is just affecting the Boston Data Center. I have been noticing the "lagging" for several weeks now. This is very frustrating - it would be nice to receive a notification as to what the problem is.

    So I reported as a case.  Below is the transcript:

    And just in case Blackbaud is monitoring this thread, we are for sure experiencing issues on servers 5, 16, and 50.

    Yeah, maybe they have improved some, but my export is taking forever to finished.  Been about 10 minutes for a file with less than 700 people now.

    Well, it seemed to be fixed, but then I received a "reconnecting" message and was kicked out.  Now I can't get logged back in and receive a "unable to launch your application, with some message about the CitSSL server" not being configured on the specified address.  I wonder if the SSL is what has been causing all these issues for the last 2 months or so.

    Same here, I guess they're attempting to fix the issue globally. I've had issues since last week so hopefully this does the trick.

    I don't either. I'm under a tight deadline and may end up having to do work tonight at home if it isn't fixed soon. Grrr.....

    Our entire day has been like this. My co-worker spoke with support this morning when we could no longer access the remote hosting files but at least we had access to RE this morning. Now it won't even let us log on! It's very fustrating as I am trying to meet a deadline.

  • My organization is completely out of Raiser's Edge.

    I checked on the Hosting page, and there are no notifications other than planned maintainence.

    And the hosting chat is offline.

    Since this morning, RE has been slow and crashed. We're hosted and that has crashed also.

    We can't even open the hosting homepage (Orange County), getting a "This page can’t be displayed".  And there's absolutely nothing listed on the Status Page.
