NetCommunity Blackbaud server issues on Giving Tuesday - anyone experiencing??

Is anyone having NetCommunity hosting issues today? We are a hosted site. Late this afternoon we attempted to send our second #GivingTuesday e-appeal through NetCommunity and received an issue server error. We contacted Blackbaud support who told us it was on their end and they would let us know when it is fixed.

To say I am upset is an understatement when on one of the busiest donation days of Giving Tuesday and we are not able to send an email through NetCommunity asking people to give because of a Blackbaud server issue losing out on literally potential thousands of dollars..

    Our Net Community has been down since sometime around 2:00 p.m. EST-- that's when we first noticed it.  Support says they're having an issue with servers.  Frustrating for sure.

    The Boston server is down for NetCommunity and Raiser's Edge. We've been down for hours with no end in sight.

  • I’m sure Blackbaud is working very hard on
    this.  I have to say it’s frustrating though when it’s all
    over the news that Blackbaud did a glitzy set-up for NASDAQ
    today.  Priorities?

    Issue Impacting Blackbaud NetCommunity





    Blackbaud is aware of an issue impacting The Raiser's Edge in our Boston datacenter resulting in connectivity issues for Blackbaud NetCommunity as well. Our hosting engineers are working as dilgiently and as quickly as possible to restore service for all impacted sites. For updates on this issue, please refer to the Hosting Status Page:

    information I already knew.  I can see this morning that the
    service is working again.  We did have some donations come in
    yesterday for our #Giving Tuesday campaign, but not during the
    hours of the outage.  Can you tell me if our donors were able
    to make their gifts, but they just didn’t come through the system
    to us until the outage was over?  Or were they unable to make
    a donation during that time?
