Add Payment Fee language to Online Forms

For online forms: it would be nice to have capability to add a language portion to the payment fee section; specifically on the waiver code tab that if they enter an incorrect code, we could have something pop up to indicate that.

    This is something we are already evaluating. It is more than just a language issue here, we are really missing an error message or some warning that should pop up. I am hopeful that this will be something we address in the short term.

    Yes there really needs to be an error message on the Payment tab when an incorrect waiver is entered. That would be great!
