Dashboards Not Refreshing

I'm sure you've already tried:

1) Clicking the Refresh button at the top right corner of the page

2) Clicking the individual panel options button on each panel and hitting Refresh

3) Adjusting the Automatic Refresh Interval under Panel Properties for each panel. It defaults at a blank time setting, ans I had to set mine to 12 hours in order to keep my panels from trying to constantly refresh and slugging down my Raiser's Edge system.


If none of those help, I haven't a clue...?


PS. I forgot to add, if you have shared someone else's dashboard, but then that person makes substantial changes (ie, changes to which appeals show in the appeal report, etc.) those changes will not reflect on your own shared copy of the Dashboard, and you must delete and re-share it again.

We do not have NXT - we work in self-hosted RE7 as well. It is under Panel Properties (pic of hand on a box) in the upper right corner of the individual panels box (not the whole dashboard page). Same place where you select what appeals to include and what types of gifts to include int he report charts. Unfortunately you have to set it for every panel on the page individually.


 

Fascinating. I can't seem to find it our Dashboard setup either. That would be great to have! I have to hit the "refresh" button every time.....and it seems I forget quite often and then think my data is wrong 

Odd! What versions are you all on? We are on 7.95. Just looked it up and saw that BlackBaud Knowledgebase says the automatic refresh setting was introduced in v7.94. Maybe that's the mystery...
