Hello,


Registering offline, multi registrants is challenging; more so when the transaction is paid from a pre-registered participant and their payment type is credit card. Depending on payment type, determines how to process the offline, multi registrants. There needs to be a way for admin to register offline, multi-registrants per transaction. It's a time consuming task that requires the help of LO support. I have to be mindful of how the data syncs to RE and LO.


In general, I'm looking for best practices in how to register offline, multi registrants.

    Hi Sherry,


    We have the same complaint.  I suggested this in the Ideas section almost a year ago and is still up for vote.  I was suprised to find that we can't do multiple registrations on the back end.  It's things like this that I miss Sphere.
