Oh the Irony - Online Status Page to Check Hosting Status Is Down

From what I understand, the Boston hosting center is currently experiencing technical issues affecting NetCommunity users. Some of those pages are currently down for maintenance. When I went to the status page to stay up-to-date on the NetCommunity issue, that site has also gone down:

I know these things happen and that this will all get resolved shortly. It's just cracking me up that the page to check an online issue is having an online issue itself.

    I want to know what went wrong and try to fix it so it doesn't happen again. I changed a URL on our nav page, so hopefully that will help. If it happens again, please let me know. :-)

    Hey Nora, I just checked both sites from my browser and they seem to be working. Are you still having issues with access?

    It was a technical problem at their Boston center, so it was on Blackbaud's side of things and not our own. I didn't get any details about the problem they were having, but they were pretty quick about resolving it - it only took about 2 hours from identifying the problem to correcting it.
