Sending email message to one recipient

Options
I created a message in net community to send to 100 recipients.  I want to send the same email out to one offs but don't want to create a list for one email address.  How can I send email to one email address?

Thanks for your help

    Hi Kara,

To send a one-off message, we would still need to create a list, but instead of creating an Imported or Constituent List, we would create a User Defined List. We can re-use this list to send one-off messages, we just need to add/edit email addresses in it. One drawback with User Defined lists is that we cannot use merge fields, so keep that in mind.
    1. Log in to NetCommunity.
    2. Click Email > Lists.
    3. Click New List.
    4. In Data Source, select User Defined.
    5. Click Ok.
    6. In List Name, enter a name.
    7. Click Save.
    8. Edit the List.
    9. Click the View/Edit List tab.
    10. Click New Recipient.
    11. Enter a Display Name and Email Address.
    12. Click Add Recipient.

  • Thanks Scott - am going to try it now!
