Copy Existing Grade Plan and other "drop down" menus

I am working ahead for next year to set up all our grade plans, etc. I use the Copy Existing Grade Plan function because we have a lot that are assessment grade plans. The drop down starts with the oldest and I have to scroll down to find last year's, the one I want to copy. So many drop downs are like this. Please put the newest on top, not the bottom!
