Photos don't load after adding/changing them to School Website pages

I have been having this issue for several months now that when I either add a new photo or swap out a current one on our School Website, the image does not show up when I view the page. I have tried both PNG's and JPEG's as well as clearing my cache and trying on an incognito browser window. When I click into the photo it appears like it's a broken image link. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

@Elisheva Mayerhoff I've been having the same issue. I've found that if I have to leave the page alone for a few minutes (don't view the page right away, don't refresh or move away from the page) it eventually works. This isn't the ideal situation, but I haven't had the time to contact BB yet.

@Lynn Egan I just checked it the next day and the photos show up, so I guess it might just need some time to load.
