Embedding surveys

Hi everyone,

We are working on a small site on WordPress and have embedded an LO survey into the site. When we test it and click to submit the survey, it redirects us to the actual LO survey where we have to click “submit” again. Is this how LO surveys function when embedded externally or is there a way to just have it submit from the initial click on the embedded survey?

I don't see the point of embedding it if it is just going to link to the survey and make the user click submit again.

We use embed survey forms from LO on our WP website too and have no problem submitting the form and get the LO thank you page instead of the form again to resubmit.

I suspect your embed may not be “complete” where some missing piece cause the form to think something is amiss and make you resubmit. Was there any error message on the page after hitting submit?

@Alex Wong there isn't an error popping up at all and the survey is pre-filled with my information that I initially inputted.

You will want to add the domain that is allowed.

You can do the full exact domain.
