  • @Crystal Bruce A follow up question on Embedded/Modal payment capture. Since these are in the Standard Donation Form tool, will they go to a Thank You page (full new URL)?

  • @Crystal Bruce Great to hear that Luminate is finally moving to a full HTTPS model!

  • @Crystal Bruce I asked in the session about the new embedded payment screen. What will it look like if all the payment methods are not enabled? Will the buttons stretch to fill in the empty space? Will they be responsive? I understand this isn't coming out until March 2025, but still wanted to know from a UI perspective.

    Thanks,

    Phil

  • @Crystal Bruce I was happy to see new feature in Luminate Online especially with the donation forms. I am a little concerned about our API connections with LO that could change due to security. We use APIs with several of our vendors for gift processing.

  • @Crystal Bruce Where can we get more detail on automatic display of new or updated constituents in LO for data coming in through RE NXT optimized donation forms? Is that a function of RELO or something new? How would it work for clients using omatic products?

    @Philip Nawrocki Hi. Our approach is to provide some configuration options around colouring, fonts, placing, etc. to allow for matching to the theme and branding of your donation forms. The approach will indeed be responsive. As we advance with the development we will share more and offer customers to be involved in the early adoption review and analysis of the solution. I will also plan to release blog updates with prototype demos as we progress, allowing all to see the progress and UI for feedback and comment.

    @Wendy Hi Wendy. Thank you for the feedback and we are delighted to be bringing the new checkout experiences to our customers. API approaches will change and we planning on sending information to customers over the next month or so, outlining the changes and the choice of options that will be available to our customers. With more detail than I shared in the PUB. For vendors that process transactions for you, effectively they will need to connect to the BBMS Payments API to continue processing. Please feel free to email me directly if you wish to chat more on this and the work we are evaluating as we advance with the changes to meet PCI v4 requirements. Shaun.Porteous@Blackbaud.co.uk

    @MaryAnn Coyle

    Hi MaryAnn. We have more information on the RELO connector in our helpfiles here - https://webfiles-sc1.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/relo/Content/Home.html

    For customers that use Omatic products, we are highlighting the RELO connector as an additional option for you to explore based on your business needs. The RELO connector provides a basic level of integration of Individual Constituents, Gifts, eCommerce purchases, and Event registration details. Event registration requires TeamRaiser or Calendar Events, and the Raiser's Edge event module.

    We have also made changes this release to update our data synchronization, making the Raiser's Edge - Luminate Online Integration faster, more reliable, and ready for the future. This update ensures efficiency, data accuracy, and data security. With up-to-date data available at all times, you can make informed decisions based on the most current information across your systems.

    Would love to see what the difference between donation pages in Luminate Online (and all the benefits it provides) compared to RENXT regular donation pages.
