How do I turn off a TeamRaiser?

This depends on what you really want to do. Do you just want to shut down registrations, but still accept donations? Do you want to just close down all access to the TeamRaiser? There are several choices for TeamRaiser status available for selection. Just edit the TeamRaiser and find the TeamRaiser Status drop-down menu. The possible choices are:

Unpublished, Accepting Registrations Only, Accepting Registrations and Gifts, Accepting Gifts Only, and Closed.

Unpublished and Closed are really the same thing, but they both appear as selections because the list is an implied order of TeamRaiser status. While you're setting up your TR it is 'unpublished'. The next 3 status levels are a 'published' state. When your event is over, you can change the status to 'Closed' -- which is really the same as Unpublished, but indicates that the event has passed and you are no longer accepting registrations or gifts.
