How do I manage question responses in TeamRaiser?

Administrators now have the ability to manage responses to the survey-type questions that can be included when configuring a participation type. You can use the ‘Manage’ icon on the TeamRaiser List page to access the question responses on the participant’s Registration page, review the results, and even change answers if necessary. This feature can be useful if you need to change a T-shirt size or modify responses to a reworded question.

This new feature also provides access to any ‘Administrators only’ questions that you have included. See the Survey documentation for more information about placing individual questions in security categories.

Access and modify the question responses as follows:

1.Choose TeamRaiser on the top-level administrator’s navigation bar to open the TeamRaiser List page.

2. Click the Manage icon in the Actions column beside the TeamRaiser of interest to you to open the Participant Search page.

3. Enter identifying information for the participant and click Search This TeamRaiser to open the participant’s Profile page.

4. On the Profile page, click the Edit registration information link to open the Registration page for this participant. The questions that you included for this participation type will be displayed at the bottom of the page under Additional Information, along with the Responses from this participant.

5. If you need to modify a response or answer an “Administrator’s only” question, click the Edit Information link, located next to the Additional Information heading, to open the Edit Response screen.

6. Make changes as needed.

7. Click Finish to return to the Registration page for this participant. Any modified Responses should now be displayed on the page.
