Is there a way to pull groups from teamraiser for different levels of fundraising under a specific teamraiser?

We have 27 teamraisers this fall and as the walks finish we need to send an email to the participants of each specific walk that have raised specific amounts of money on their pages to let them know what their selection is for their incentive. I can't figure out how to pull a group of participants that have a certain level of funds raised on their fundraising page.
