Deleted teamraiser participant but personal URL remains

Hi all,

Two of my board member created fundraising pages. Due to some errors they made, there was no way to fix their TeamRaiser profiles and events. I ended up making them inactive and then deleting their records completely. When they (correctly) recreated their TeamRaiser pages, they tried to reuse the personal URLs they had initially created but the system won't let them (Error: We're sorry, but the shortcut name 'wmsreads' is already in use. Please choose another shortcut.). Unfortunately, they had already sent out fundraising letters with the initial URL shortcut on it. Where can I delete their personal URL so that it can be used on their new TeamRaiser pages? I have attempted to edit the personalized URL both through our Convio administrative site and through our external website. Please help!

Hi, I am also interested in this.  Also, it seems like if the url was used once, no matter how many years ago, it is "taken" and can not be used again (?)
