Where is a TeamRaiser participant?

Question

One TeamRaiser has a team captain that set up a page and had another coworker register. However, under that captain's page in the participant center, they are unable to find the new registered user.

Response

In order to have the team roster show up on the Team Progress page, the question "Team Members Visible in Address Book of Participant" needs to be marked to 'Yes'.

You can get to this question by going into Fundraising - TeamRaiser - Edit the event in question - go to Step# 3 - Select Event Option - on the lower left of the Navigation bar, click Edit Advanced Options - then go to Step c. Define Misc Options and it is Step# 1 on that page.
