How do we pull a specific TeamRaiser email report?

Question

Is it possible to receive a report of emails sent by participants between May 1 and May 8th? Or I would like to use the custom date fields to create two YTD reports for 2009 (i.e. May 1 and May 8). When I tried to create the reports, I simply got a current YTD number for Emails sent.

We don't have a report that can tell you which emails a constituent received based on a date range. The only way to do that would be to download the report Delivery Recipient Report for each Email Message.

To get that info, go to Email > Email Campaigns > click Review on the Message you see like "Fundraiser Through Facebook" and the on the left hand navigator, click on Delivery Recipient Report.

Another way to access it, is through

Email > Email Campaigns > Campaign tab > click Manage on the Campaign Name > click the Delivery tab > click Review > on the left click on Delivery Recipient Report.
