Linking Donate Button in Teamraiser Emails Participants Send

Walkers and runners are starting to register for AIDS Walk Boston, an event we manage through Teamraiser. This is my first Teamraiser event, so there are a few things I'm not familiar with, such as:

My colleagues would like a donate button in the Teamraiser stationary we allow participants to use when emailing their contacts to link to each participant's personal fundraising page when clicked. Seems easy enough. The only way I see this done in the stationary currently is with the dynamic link Convio provides in each Teamraiser email, regardless of whether you tell Convio to put it there or not. It's this link:
