Co-Captains for TeamRaiser

How do you turn on the option to have co-captains for teamraiser?  I saw an old post from a few years ago where it mentioned how to do this under "select team options" but I can't find it.

    There is a Site Option that must be enabled on your site for the "Multiple Captains on a Team" option to appear on Select Team Options. You should submit a ticket to Support or talk to your Account Manager to have this Site Option enabled.
