PDF Gift Form in TeamRaiser

Hi,

I'm looking for information about where I should upload a PDF Gift Form in TeamRaiser to use it on the default personal page?

In Step 12. Customize Pages you can edit the Default Personal Page. There you will find a field called Print PDF Gift Form (Not User Editable) toward the bottom of the page.

I haven't used this yet, but I assume that it is looking for a URL to a document library item.
