Where do I find the multiple registration option?

Hi,

I'm setting up a TeamRaiser and want to enable the multiple registrations function so that parents signing up for a 5k/10k can also sign up their kids for a 'fun run'. But I can't seem to find where this is? Please help!

Hi Christine,

Enabling multi-reg is a 2 step process:

1. Update the Site Data Parameter (SDP) for "F2F_SHOW_MULTIREG_CONFIG_OPTION". It is set to False by default.  Changing it to True will make the setting available within the TeamRaiser.

    This is changed under "Setup" > "Site Options".  You may not have access to this, so you would need to submit a support case or contact your account manager.

2. Once the SDP is changed to "TRUE", you will be able to see "Multi Registration" under step 2. Select Fundraising Options > substep 5.

Hi Christine,

Mark is correct, although not all clients have access to their site data paramaters (SDPs).  If you do not have a Setup > Site Options option available in your admin console, you will need to contact Convio Support and have them enable this feature for you.

Once the SDP is enabled, you will see this option on step 2 of the TeamRaiser edit process.  Attaching a screenshot of where this can be found.
