  • Hi Jonathon,

Great question!  Yes, you can target or filter using groups from constituent 360.  To do this, you must first add the group as a "delivery group" in the coaching emails section for your TeamRaiser.  To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. Manage your TeamRaiser.

    2. Click the "Coaching Emails" tab.

    3. Click the middle tab labeled "Delivery List."

    4. On the left side of the screen, click "Configure Delivery Groups."

    5. On the left side of the screen, click "Add a Group."

    6. Search for and add your Cons360 groups to the TeamRaiser (select the group, click "add checked groups," then "Finish").

When you're ready ready to send your e-mail, you can work with these groups to define your audience.  To target a Group, choose "Groups Created by this Event" as your e-mail audience and select your audience groups.  If you'd rather use the groups to filter OUT specific users, you can use the "Manage Do Not Email Groups" on the left side of the summary page before you send your message.

I'll attach some screenshots to clarify, but please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!
