Subscription Center?

Hi,

We are interested in creating a subscription center for our emails. For example, some constituents may want to receive TeamRaiser related emails, but not newsletters, or may want to receive affiliate newsletters but not national newsletters, etc. It is my impression that when someone "unsubscribes," you are unsubscribed from all email -- TeamRaiser, newsletter, etc.

Is there a way to set levels so that people can choose which communications from which they'd like to unsubscribe? For example, if I choose "unsubscribe" I would be brought to a page that asks specifically what I'd like to remove myself from?

There is a configuration setting in the Site Options which controls the unsubscribe behavior, I think it is CONS_EMAIL_PREF_USE_NEW_LAYOUT.

The new layout gives the constituent a set of checkboxes for each email interest, somewhat similiar to what you see when editing your profile. They are also able to opt-out site wide.

If you can't see that setting the chat support techs can help you out.
