Milestones

Is it possible to create Milestones for teams for your event through TeamRaiser or are Milestones only available for individual participants? We are unsure if this is possible, if it is does anyone know how this is possible. Do you have to create separate Participation Types? For example: participant, team, captain, etc.

I don't think you can set up Milestones for teams. Great idea though.

The way Milestones was intended to be used was just generally across all participants. You might be able to create lots of participation types such as 'Participant Captain' etc. but there is no way to enforce or tie that to the actual way captains are formed for teams so managing that will become cumbersome as you run the event.

I would suggest keeping it simple, clear and available to anyone to achieve and concentrate more on advertising prominantly what each achievement badge means when you're viewing someone's personal page. That way the milestones have more clout which lead to them being more valuable and more desireable to achieve.

That's what the whole IDEA thing is about. The Ideas section is where you can suggest features or changes and vote for other people's Ideas. I believe you need to have ticket/support access to get into Ideas. Talk to your Account Manager.
