How do I personalize an email message in a campaign for multiple teamraisers?

I am sending a message to participants in 60 different TeamRaisers. I need it to say which event they are registered for in the email. I have tried variations of the S42 tag but i can't get it to dynamically change the event name.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Each participant should automatically be added to a system-created group (named TeamRaiser name/participation type) as they register. Could you use the S45 tag to conditionalize your email based on group membership instead?

Hmm that could work. The only problem I could see is some events have multiple participations types and there are 60 events. So I would need a conditional for each of those participation types, which could be over 100
