Spam coming through objectionable content text box

We are getting spam through our Personal Fundraising pages.  One example is at http://www.nrcprograms.org/site/TR?pg=fund&fr_id=1030&pxfid=1150.  They are going through the objectionable content form.  Fortunately this doesn't get posted anywhere, but I do get an email every time. 

I asked support if they could add captcha to it, but they said there's nothing they could do - it would require customization. 

I'm going to open a new idea on that forum, but are we the only ones dealing with this issue?

I'm getting the same issue with TeamRaiser. Lots of it lately, it seems.
