Possible to get group membership by constituent ID?

I am attempting to put "achievement" badges on constituents' personal pages in our TeamRaiser. Some of these can be handled by the stock S48 tag, but for some more advanced ones I would like to be able to query group membership by constituent ID. The S45 tag can check group membership of the current user, but I would like to be able to check group membership of a certain constituent by their ID (in this case, their ID can be pulled out of the URL string of the personal page using S334).

 

Is there any way to check group membership by constituent ID in this manner?
