New Team Notifications

Options

Are we able to edit or control the information contained in the TeamRaiser new team notification email?

 

The emails currently look as follows and I was hoping to add additional information such as phone number, team goal and team member goal. 

 

A new team has been formed! Please review the details below.

    Chris Kauffman is our new TeamRaiser product manager, but he is out on a client site today, but I'm happy to pitch in :smileyhappy:

    The short answer is yes its configurable, but only by Convio services.

    We would need to apply a template customization to <!-- TemplateName=fr_email_new_team_plain.tpt -->.

    Next steps would be to open up a ticket with client care to look into this for you.
