Send auto emails to participants that have not reached the fundraising minimum?

With less than 3 weeks remaining until our event, I want to schedule auto emails to participants that have not reached their fundraising minimum through TeamRaiser.

The easiest way I know to do this is to create a Report Writer report for TeamRaiser application. Create a "Gift Summary By Participant" report. You can basically use all of the default elements. Once you get to "Configure Filters" you can create a new filter for "Gifts by Status". Here you choose the "Total of All Confirmed Gifts" option and set it to "Is Less Thank or Equal To" and then enter your minimum amount.  You can make this editable at the report run or just lock it in here. You might want to leave it editable so you can set the amount to different amounts and see who raised different levels of funds. 

 

When you run this report you can just choose your event and then run it. Then the result will show everyone who has not raised the minimum and you can add them to a group that you can use as your emai target group.
