Position Overview: The Advancement Services Coordinator is responsible for using and managing all aspects of the Raiser's Edge NXT database to help meet the development goals of Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast. This position works closely with the Executive Director to manage the day-to-day operations of the Raiser’s Edge Database. This includes ensuring gift and data integrity, providing reporting solutions, queries and exports for all Advancement staff, and tracking and analyzing prospect and donor fundraising efforts for all fundraisers working with the Office of Advancement. The Advancement Services Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Advancement and take a lead role in donor appreciation activities.
