WHAT'S THIS FEATURE?

The TeamRaiser eCommerce Shopping Cart feature expands the fundraising capabilities of TeamRaiser by offering products for purchase that apply towards the fundraising goal of a TeamRaiser event. Event Administrators can create eCommerce stores and products and then associate them with a TeamRaiser event.

 

This feature comes with an array of options for the client that includes: customizing an eCommerce store to be tied to a specific TeamRaiser event; defining who gets credit for a purchase (Event, Individual Participant, or Team); creating a new TeamRaiser landing page that provides marketing opportunities to promote the eCommerce store and Shopping Cart program; and so much more where participants and donors can benefit.

 

You can now increase your event fundraising by selling physical or virtual items in addition to traditional donation form experience. By attaching an eCommerce store to a TeamRaiser™ event, you can provide another way for participants to reach their fundraising goals.

 

HOW WILL THIS IMPROVE THE USER EXPERIENCE?

Many non-profits sell items like t-shirts or water bottles to help increase their revenue and promote their event.  This enhancement allows the online sales from these items to be applied toward the fundraising efforts of an individual, team and the event, increasing thermometers.   

 

HOW DOES THIS SUPPORT EVENT STRATEGY?

Visitors to the site can “shop” for the products and attribute their purchase price as donations toward the fundraising efforts of a specific participant or a team of participants as well as directly to the event itself.  Thus, at a strategic level, the eCommerce Shopping Cart feature casts the net wider in an innovative and turn-key way for donors to support and participants to fundraise for your organization.
