Job Overview

The Gifts and Records Stewardship Manager will play an integral role in enhancing the Advancement Team’s efforts to secure, increase and retain philanthropic support for the mission and priorities of Public Media Group of Southern California (PMGSC). This individual will manage gift entry and processing; the gift receipt and acknowledgement process; pledge tracking and reminders; and gift and pledge agreement administration. The Gifts and Records Stewardship Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day management, accuracy and integrity of constituent data, including personal identifiable information, biographical, philanthropic, relationship, and engagement data.
