Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Foundation Database Assistant position. This position is based out of our Corporate Services Center located in Fort Washington, PA.

Job Type: Part-Time on-site

In this role, you will be responsible for working with our RE charitable contributions database and entering demographics, gift coding and processing, event gift processing and receipting, and mail merge functions. Processes donor thank you and acknowledgment letters in a timely manner. Provides administrative support for the Foundation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years' data management experience
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge is preferred
