Event Fundraising Reporting

Options

We have peer to peer fundraising events on a third party platform and we import gift and participation data to RE via an import tool. How do you export, report or track event raised amount by fundraisers? It used to be done through custom crystal reports but since it is no longer supported, I'm not able to create new reports.

Gift records in RE have a solicitor field designed to track exactly this kind of information. Not sure what import tool you are using, but the fundraiser could potentially be added during the import process.

Hi Karen, thank you for your answer. I meant event fundraisers/supporters, not the assigned solicitors working at our organization.

Hi Karen, thank you for your answer. I meant event fundraisers/supporters, not the assigned solicitors working at our organization.

Just to be clear, if I run a marathon and raise money from my friends and family in order to join your organization's team, I think you want to connect me to all of the donations to my friends and family. Is that correct?

Solicitors are not required to be staff working at your organization. I've worked in a few environments where volunteers are solicitors and assigned to gift records. They are often board members, but also committee members and participants in P2P fundraising events. The Gift Solicitor is still the best place for that information.
