Custom Pages vs. TeamRaiser Pages

When I am editing a TeamRaiser and go to "Customize Pages" there are two tabs: TeamRaiser pages and Custom Pages. What are the Custom Pages used for? There isn't much explanation on where they appear when you make them, what they can be used for, etc. etc. Any ideas?

Custom pages are blank pages in teamraiser that you can use to place content, similar to a pagebuilder page.

 

Some clients use the custom pages for things like FAQs, or other event information.

Hi Sam,

Thank you for clarifying. I just made a custom page and want to link to it within the Home Page of our Participant Center. When I go to "Search Convio Links" I can't seem to find the custom page. Any ideas how I can link to it? Thanks again.

I'm wondering the same thing.  Did you figure this out?

The title of your custom page should show as a sub-option when you create a link to the TeamRaiser and it asks which page to link to.  (ie in the dialog that comes up after you select the event in the link chooser)

Thanks Andrew - I clicked on Options next to the particular Teamraiser and then I was able to see the list of pages to choose from.
