Need help with getting your data ready for migration?

As many of you have discovered, the exports from Blackbaud can be very complicated to “recombobulate” especially rebuilding the family unit from relationships and chaperone details. It's a lot of work for each church to go through and I have been wondering if there would be interest if we put together a common process to convert the BB exports to a more ready to import format. My goal here would be to get a model that takes all of the ChMS tables for attendance, rosters, medical info, etc. and all of the tables for constituent data into “flatter” tables instead of the many tables that only include the ID's. In doing so, we could spread some of the base cost of the modeling across several churches. I'd probably need about 5 churches to sign up to make it work.
