As the Guild Association, Revenue & Data Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with development officers individually and in groups to ensure active management of portfolios. You will work collaboratively to develop short- and long-term strategies that support building relationships to guilds without primary staff assignment to maximize financial return and guild member involvement.
  • Manage membership program global updates.
  • Export membership data into Crystal Reports for new rosters.
  • Partner with gift processing team to import donor lists into Raiser’s Edge in a timely fashion.
  • Manage guild revenue and recording, ensuring donations are processed in timely, complete and accurate manner.
  • Prepare weekly revenue reports for guild team’s review and follow up as needed.
  • Analyze fundraising records to aid guild staff in making strategic decisions regarding stewardship and revenue budgeting.
  • Bring a dedication to advancing Seattle Children’s commitment to anti-racism.
  • You will generate reports to equip the team with guild performance data to inform decision-making and further develop our program to continue to allow Seattle Children’s to provide hope, care and cures to help every child live the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.

This position has the flexibility to be between 60% and 100% remote. (Remote workers must reside in WA, AK, MT, GA, FL or TX. If Western WA resident, the position is 60% remote).
