Designee not appearing on drop-down

Hi all-

I added a new designee in Donation Management. In the list of Designees, I can see it is Active, it has been assigned a Designation Type. It doesn't appear in the drop-down box- under the Designation Type, or anywhere!

I tried making a copy of the new Designee, tried assigning a different Designation Type. It did not appear in the drop-down. I feel like I am missing something….but what? Help!

Hi @Kellie Dentler …. Did you only add it under Designated Giving? Or did you also select it as an option when you edit the Data Element on your donation form and it still is not appearing?
