wrong wrapper showing on all pages

I've created a new banner for our TeamRaiser. I uploaded the image for the banner, selected it for new stationery etc. When I go to a live page, the 2013 banner shows up and with the body of the page the new 2014 banner shows up but is not formatted correctly.  Obviously there are conflicting coding going on here.
