DIRECTOR, DIGITAL FUNDRAISING AND ADVERTISING - CARE US

Options

The Director, Digital Fundraising and Advertising is responsible for overseeing all paid advertising strategies for CARE driving revenue and advocacy engagement as well as the fundraising strategy for care.org. This role is accountable for raising $5 million in UNR revenue and the acquisition of 130,000 new advocates each year. The position develops and drives the fundraising strategy through CARE's digital agency and through the marketing staff to ensure CARE's organic channels are deploying the proper fundraising strategies and appeals. Additionally, the Director leads the focus on streaming/gaming fundraisers, crypto channels and NFT fundraising.

Throughout the year when CARE activates for an emergency, the digital fundraising program represents the channels to be in market first. This Director assesses the competitor landscape relative to the emergency (and other opportunities) and drives the emergency fundraising strategy for care.org's homepage and all other digital paid channels. This includes the strategy for targeting, creative and design. This position manages 2 staff.
