Adjusting Follow Up Email Timing

Hi! I just set up DIY TeamRaiser Followup messages for my Run/Walk. However, I can’t find where I can adjust who to send it to and when they receive it. I believe it goes to all participants which is fine but I would like to adjust the timing. Thanks!

    To change the frequency you can go into your event and under step 3 you look down the left column to the “Related Actions” section and choose “Edit Advanced Options.” On step d. you’ll see where you can change the follow-up intervals. This only applies to that event. To do this for other events you’ll have to customize them the same way. You can make the interval global by making the changes in site options but I recommend just making the change for each event since some may require a different frequency. You can't set who receives them and who doesn't but you can control the content using S-tags to deliver conditional content
