As a new Digital Program Manager with Avalon Consulting Group a full-service fundraising consulting agency you'll leverage your online marketing skills to help remarkable organizations achieve their financial goals through captivating digital fundraising and engagement campaigns.

This will be an exceptional opportunity for you to keep your finger on the pulse of digital trends and how they are shaping nonprofit fundraising while collaborating with an award-winning, expert team of dedicated, fun, and passionate fundraising professionals.

We are also pleased to offer a remote-first work environment. While Avalon has a headquarters office in Washington, DC, any staff member is welcomed to work from the comfort and safety of their home office.

What You'll Do with Us

• Manage compelling online fundraising and advocacy campaigns from initial concept development to final execution.
• Conceptualize, develop, and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Analyze trends in results to improve future strategy.
• Build solid relationships with your nonprofit clients, partners, and your team.
