In Luminate our password reset email is not working

When participants have forgotten their passwords the password reset email is not being sent when I do it from the admin side of Luminate.  Currently, we have a very angry team who is a HUGE corporate sponsor because the passwords and user names they originally used are not giving them access to their individual pages. Please help!  Thanks!

    I recently experienced this same issue and logged a support case. I received the following response:

     

    "This is a recent bug (67044) I believe, that is caused by having the S100 tag in the "from" sender email address in the Autoresponder.  To fix this, simply put in the standard "from" email that is used for your site (or whatever email address you want).



    The Autoresponder is under Setup -> Autoresponder Center, and select User Password Reset.  You can open the blackbaud copy to see the from is set to [[S100:smileyfrustrated:ITE_CONTACT_EMAIL]] instead of <email@test.com>."
