Fraudulent Registrations coming in our DIY TeamRaiser

Hi all-

We have seen a large number of fraudulent registrations coming in our DIY TeamRaiser campaign. These individuals are sending spam out from inside their participant center using the Tell a Friend feature. I have contacted Blackbaud support and I am not having a lot of luck getting these to stop. I have had to temporarily shut down our DIY fundraiser page.

Are other organizations having this issue with free fundraiser registrations inside of TeamRaiser and if so how have you been able to stop these types of actions?

@Hayley Adams Yes, we've been having the same problem. We also contacted Blackbaud support and have had to shut down our page.

@Kim Ethridge good to know it is not just us having this issue. Hopefully they can find a resolution to this issue soon.
