your monthly upsell amounts?

Would anyone be willing to share their monthly upsell (modal/lightbox/popup) logic? i.e. if a donor is making a onetime gift of $X-$Y, a popup appears to encourage the donor to make a monthly gift of $Z, such as

• $10-$24 = $5/month
• $25-$49 = $10/month
• $50-$100 = $15/month
• >$100 do not show the lightbox

If you are willing to share, could you please let me know: if you have tested your amounts, and if you are satisfied with your response rate?
