constituent can't upload photos

A constituent fundraiser cannot upload her photos in her participant center. This has never happened before. The photo is under the size limit and is the correct file type. Help?

Unfortunately she is still getting a red error message when she tries to load the photo. Do you know why this could be?

The only thing I can figure is that the naming might be wrong or they might be trying to upload something other than a jpeg. Have they shared the photo they are trying to upload? If you can get it, I can try to add it to their profile.

Hi Kent,

We're having the same problem adding a photo in participant center where when pushing the "upload/save" button nothing happens. Not even an error message. Have size requirements changed?
