Form and page wrappers

Options

I'm trying to get a background image to display across the page behind a form. Created a page wrapper that has the image applied to the body element and when I test just the empty wrapper it works just fine. When I create a form and use that page wrapper the body is completely lost behind a white background. Tried setting a max-width to the content, forcing background to transparent, etc. with no luck. I feel like I'm not understanding how the form and page wrappers work in relation to each other. Is there any documentation outside of the help screens that can shed some light on this?

We're trying to get something like this:

Thank you!

Would be happy to take a look, if you can provide a link, and see what might be preventing the background from being seen. I don't know that there is any documentation out there which specifically speak to this beyond general CSS documentation. But, from the sounds of it and what you've tried, you have a handle on normal things that could be preventing it. There is a ton of standard Luminate Online stylesheets and most forms in Luminate Online do specifically have a background color set.

If you can provide a link, I'm sure one of us can tell you what's blocking it.
