Missing tools!

Why are many of my tools missing when I login as an Admin?

I am missing things like Surveys, Advocacy, Storybuilder and Pagebuilder. I only have acsess to the bulk email options.

I was recently named as Administrator after our previous Admin left the company. Could this have something to do with it?

it seems like you were granted limited permissions as an admin. Is there another admin that has full access that can go in and grant you the other permissions?

To have full rights across the board, you should be in the "Site Administrator" Admin Group (or a custom one that also has all the rights given that built-in one: why anyone would create TWO site-wide administrator groups is beyond me, but you never know). If you are not in that group, then you are a "sub-administrator" and probably have limited rights. It could be that you were removed from your previous group that had access to those applications and inadvertantly placed in a lower-level sub admin group rather than elevated as intended.

If there is no one else at your organization that has rights to add accounts to Admin groups that can help you, contact Support, they'll get you squared away.
