Ecards on donation form

Hi, on our donation form, we have 3 ecards thumbnail options to select. I just want to update those ecard images. I updated the ecard and on donation form as well (Design Donor Screens--> Donation Form-->eCard Selections). The preview shows the update but not the live form. Any idea, please?

First I 'd try to clear your cookies and cache. That ends your session, and removes any cached images.


If that doesn't do it, I would try to unpublish and republish each eCard.

A few things I would try:


- Check the e-card stationary to ensure you added the correct thumbnail image.  You add the image to the code and you need to upload a thumbnail image.

- Unpublish your donation form, change the e-cards and then republish it


E-cards on donations forms can be funny and sometimes I find I need to unpublish the form to get it to take.

Try unpublishing the form, removing the ecard option altogether from the form, save the form, logout, log back in and then add the ecard option back in and then publish the form again. 


Sounds like a task but might help you.
