Zoom - Automation for Zoom registrants into LO or CRM

Hello, Boston Children's Hospital Trust has found the registration platform on Zoom the easiest for our constituents for Zoom webinars. Is anyone using Zapier or another automation tool with Zoom to automatically sync with LO?  Currently, it is a two-step process and there is a delay in getting the registrant data into the system.

Linda - we are exploring SmartSync to link Zoom with RE NXT. If it makes it through the budgeting process, I'll implement it in the new year. (not sure if you're also a NXT user)

Hi Linda,


I'd love to know what you find out. We're only using LO and we have to upload Zoom registrants since LO doesn't support SAML API (which would allow a single sign on).


Would you mind telling me how you are getting your registrant data into the system?
